Juan Luna is the Project Supervisor of LUNA Maintenance Services (LMS). He is married to his wife Maria and together they are raising two daughters: Jania and Janna. 

Prior to LMS, Juan worked as a terminal manager for 10 years overseeing the operations of a pneumatic bulk cement system. He was responsible for unloading rail cars into a silo, and for loading trucks to be dispatched to ready mix plants in the area. He also has experience working maintenance on ready mix concrete plants.

Pedro Luna is the Operations Director of LUNA Maintenance Services, LLC (LMS). He is married to his wife Emily and together they are raising two children: Adrian & Ella. 

Before LMS, Pedro has held various technical and managerial positions. After College, he started his career working at Martin's Meats as a Diesel Mechanic, after a year transferred to the meat processing plant as the maintenance manager where he initiated a preventative maintenance plan of his design. He assisted in the company receiving their ISO Certification. In 2013, Pedro went to work for Fay Block Materials as a maintenance technician. Through the years moved up the ranks to Maintenance Manager. He oversaw the maintenance of 14 concrete plants, 2 block plants, and supervised 13 maintenance staff. 

Pedro is a graduate of the Sampson Community College, with an Industrial Maintenance Technologies degree.

Ramiro Luna is the Project Manager at LUNA Maintenance Services (LMS). He is married to his wife Yesenia and together they are raising their son, Ramiro Jr. 

Prior to LMS, Ramiro has held various positions in the Agricultural and Industrial field. Ramiro started his working career on a farm, where he gained 8 years of experience. He started off as a field worker and worked his way up to leading and directing field workers. During this time, he learned leadership qualities, how to operate heavy farm equipment, and became knowledgable in produce grading equipment. In 2010, Ramiro transitioned to Industrial Maintenance where he worked for Fay Block Materials. For the next 12 years, he would gain experience in operating and maintaining block production machinery, as well as ready mix concrete plants.  Ramiro held the Lead Maintenance position, where he led the maintenance work of 2 pneumatic bulk cement systems and 14 concrete plants.
